Laura Martin, Quincy's Substance Use Prevention Coordinator promotes the 12th Annual Candlelight Vigil in memory of all those lost to overdose and substance use disorder. The vigil will be held August 31st at 7pm on the Hancock Adams Common in Quincy Center or in the auditorium at Quincy High School in the event of rain.
